Setup And Maintenance

Companies Displays the Welcome Screen. Select Add or Edit while in the Welcome Screen to Add or Edit a COMPANY.
CRAFT Codes Opens The CRAFTS Entry/Edit Form.
EMPLOYEES Opens The EMPLOYEES Entry/Edit Form.
CLASS Codes

Opens The CLASSES Entry/Edit Form.
JOB Codes Opens The JOBS Entry/Edit Form.
CREW Codes Opens The CREWS Entry/Edit Form.
Reports Opens The Reports Dialog
Import/Export Opens The Import/Export Form.
Utilities

Opens The Utilities Form

 

Custom Configuration

 

ODBC Data Source Form. Not used at this time.
Directories Form: Set or view the directories used by CCS Accounting.
Tables Form Add, Edit or Delete Tables used by CCS Accounting.
Fields Form Add, Edit or Delete Fields (Columns) used by CCS Accounting.
Validation Form Add, Edit or Delete Validation Methods used by CCS Accounting.
Profiles Configure preferences such as Colors.
