The Entry/Edit Forms

 

The CCS Training Program provides the following Entry/Edit Forms:

 

ODBC Data Sources Form. Not used at this time.
Directories Form: Set or view the directories used by CCS Accounting.
Tables Form View, Add, Edit or Delete the Tables used by CCS Accounting.
Fields Form View, Add, Edit or Delete the Fields (Columns) used by CCS Accounting.
Validation Form View, Add, Edit or Delete the Validation Methods used by CCS Accounting.
COMPANY Form View, Add or Edit COMPANIES
TAGS Form View, Add, Edit or Delete TAGS
TITLES Form View, Add, Edit or Delete TITLES
EMPLOYEES Form View, Add, Edit or Delete EMPLOYEES
EVENTS Form View, Add, Edit or Delete EVENTS
Reports Criteria Form View, Add, Edit or Delete the criteria used in the selection and sorting process for each report.

 

The Entry/Edit Forms are used for both setting up a COMPANY as well as

maintaining the data on an ongoing basis.

 

Also Available are the:

Reports Dialog: Choose a Report and Mode
User Profiles and Settings Dialog Set user preferences.
Utilities Dialog: Evaluation routines and Add/Remove TAGS utilities.
Import/Export Dialog: Import or Export tables using an Ascii Format.
Exporting Reports Dialog Export a report using one of many available formats.
