Enter any additional free form employee information by clicking on the Notes button.

Gender:[M, F]

Enter 'M' for Male or 'F' for Female.

HR Number:[Real Value]

The HR Number is a unique number, often based on SSN, that is assigned to each Employee.

NOTE: Once you assign an HR Number to an Employee, that Number should not be changed. Employee Number, Badge Number, etc. can all be changed as desired. HR Number is the only exception.

Birthdate:[MM/DD/YYYY]

Enter the Employee's date of birth. When you leave this field, the Employee's age will be calculated and placed in the read only control to the right of this control.

U.S. Citizen:[1, 2, or 3]

Enter one of the following values:

  1. 1: U.S. Citizen
  2. 2 Non-citizen with Permanent Residence ID card
  3. 3 Alien with Work Permit

Badge:[Real Value]

If the employee is assigned a Badge #, then enter that number here.

First Hire Date:[MM/DD/YYYY]

Enter the date that the Employee was first hired by the Company.

Last Raise Date:[MM/DD/YYYY]

Enter the date that the Employee was last given a raise. Note: This field is automatically updated when you increase the employee's regular payrate (payroll tab.) however you may override this value at anytime.

Probation Days:[Real Value]

If this Company utilizes a probationary period for new hires, enter the number of days for this period.

Requisition:[Real Value]

If the employee has been hired or is currently employeed via a REQUISITION Number, then enter that number here.

Last Term. Date:[MM/DD/YYYY]

Enter the date that the Employee was last terminated by this Company.

Last Term. Reason:[30 Alpha Characters]

Optional field. Enter a short description of why the Employee was last terminated..

Emergency Contact:[30 Alpha Characters]

Enter the name of a person that can be contacted in the case of an emergency.

Emergency Telephone:[###-###-####]

Other Telephone Numbers:[###-###-####]

Enter any other telephone number (Cell phone for example.) in the upper field, use the lower field to enter the Telephone Number that can be used in case of an emergency.

(The little "C" button) This routine checks all history records for all employees, searching for rate changes. If an increase in the regular or salary payrate is found, and the date it occurred on exceeds the current value of the LAST RAISE DATE, then the LAST RAISE DATE will be updated. This process checks and updates all employees.
